Crossing Signal Turned Wayside

I've seen pictures like this before but not with actual lights on the gate.

There is only one place that I can think of that still has a crossing gate guarding the junction. Shame on me for not remembering what the name of the junction is called but here it is on google maps. The gate is protection the CRL (Chicago Rail Link).
