Adams St. - Manteno, IL (Defective LED?)

This issue has been fixed since the video, but we used to call this crossing "The Winky Crossing". Now, they need to re-surface it.

Wow... that's a new one for me.
I have seen once, due to some bad wiring, both lights flash on and off simultaneously instead of wig-wag. But yours is a head scratcher...

That's really weird!
I've had videos where the LED crossing lights that fade in and out, but nothing like this!
Very cool but also very strange!

Looks like they have a bad ground on that crossing.

Notice the gate lights on the affected signal - the center one stays it while the two end ones flash. It seems they got the wires mixed up...
