This could be a Resurrection of the older signals but in my opinion, it looks like a griswold cantilever

We've had those before on this forum at some point. The base or mast is the standard Florida traffic light pole... you see those all over that state. The cantilever part though I'm not sure about. The light itself appears to be a railroad flasher. Check it out at this angle:
