So I was browsing Google Maps while scouting out the Surf Line, and stumbled upon this crossing:

Most of the flashers, look like US&S 8x20s, and the bell is some kind of 0333, but I don't think I've seen that kind of mechanism before. Resembles the WABCO LM series, but it doesn't have the "Triangle".
Looks somewhat like Old River Road on the SJVR...

Ran it through google, and got this:

Looks like it was made by the firm that made the "Lex-C" lights as well!

Looks like a regular GRS Type D gate mech that's been Jerry rigged to the extreme.
GRS started making LEX-C lights in 1977 and they're made from polycarbonate resin.
GRS also introduced the AURORA product line of Light Emitting Diode assemblies for both crossing signal and gate arm lights in 1997.

Paul it says GRS on the mech, it just looks weird because it doesn't have the right crossarms and conversion bracket.
Also GRS had a few variations of the Type D's, in the south the ones I worked on only had GRS logo printed on the door, the ones around here have Both WRRS/GRS.

I have found two of the same mechanisms on the same road just after S Garfield Ave. to the left.(Both side masts)

And down a little farther.

They're all over this Boulevard.
