Here is an old video, I remember when this went down, I just couldn't get over how he flew over Lindbergh Blvd.
Anyway here's a research page on few bad ejection accidents very interesting to say the least.

They did get the highway wrong though, its HWY 40 to us St Louisians or Interstate 64 to everyone else.
