Here is a strange crossing I found in Walbridge Ohio

And even stranger, the east signal flashes in a wig wag motion where one light would go off and the other one would turn on, but on the west signal both lights flash at the same time! I live near here and I will try to get video of this crossing next time am in the area. These signals always flash if there is or is not a train.

It's an advance warning, they flash when a train goes through. Other than that, the flashing is a wiring problem.
