Signal on the left: 2 pairs of Safetran 12x24 inch lights.
Signal on the right: 2 pairs of Safetran 12x24 inch lights and a WCH mechanical bell.

You got 2 of my favorite things in that 2nd video. Crossing signals and school buses.

Not sure if your laws are different than where I live, but even though a train had just passed... the bus driver should have opened his door before proceeding across the tracks.
