Signal on the left: Safetran Gate Mechanism and 2 pairs of Safetran 12x24 inch lights.
Signal on the right: Safetran Gate Mechanism and 2 pairs of Safetran 12x24 inch lights and a Safetran Type 2 Electronic Bell.
The bell rings until the signals shut off.

Interesting....
You would probably have a 50/50 chance of seeing 2 units at the end of the train. at first, I thought this was an NS crossing when I saw the picture before I played the video, and I would've said "What? I thought NS had their crossing bells ring until the gates are down!"

The maintainer just didn't wire it up the way NS does it. Oakwood Avenue, which is on this same line, also has the bell shut-off one the gates lower, but ring again when the gates rise.
