Signal on the left: 2 pairs of WRRS 8 inch lights.
Signal on the right: 2 pairs of WRRS 8 inch lights.
The bell is a Safetran mechanical bell mounted on the relay case and set to it's highest speed.

Yup, Mountain Gap Road and Hobbs Road use traffic light cantilevers at those railroad crossings, and based on this old photo I found of Mountain Gap Road, they had traffic light sections for lights too.

I knew that looked familiar.
