Found a couple of them in Ashland Va.

A very strange one in Niagra Falls, NY using traffic signal sections.

This one is not strange, but I felt like it was a unusual location for apartment complex entrance to have signals.

Another weird install outside of Norfolk VA, near a Norfolk Southern intermodal yard.
