G.R.S LEX-C 8'' lights in Ohio!

I was searching for some notable railroad crossing signals in rural Ohio and I came across this! This is in Uhrichsville, Ohio.

Ohio was Conrail territory, wasn't it?
Conrail was a huge fan of those things and the fact that there isn't a bell there makes me think that this is a Conrail install.

Yes, Conrail had a lot of lines here in Ohio. I wonder if that has anything to do with the fact the G.R.S LEX-C 8'' lights use to be very common in Michigan.

I love those lights! I know they weren't the best design, but their uniqueness is what makes me like them so much. Gotta find me a set of those!
