Strobe lights!

Check this out in New Jersey!
There are 9 mast signals total and 4 sets of strobe lights on each of the outer mast signals. The traffic signals are synced to the crossing and go 4 way red when there is a train. And... there are also two white strobe lights attached to the traffic signals poles that flash while the traffic lights are in 4 way red mode.
