Signal on the left: 3 pairs of 12x24 inch WCH lights
Signal on the right: 3 pairs of 12x24 inch WCH lights and a WCH electronic bell.
The bell here is mounted above the over-head lights for some reason.
This crossing used to have a tail-ring malfunction problem back in 2011, but it seems that they have fixed it.
