Signal on the left: 4 pairs of WRRS 8 inch lights and a WRRS mechanical bell.
Signal on the right: 6 pairs of WRRS 8 inch lights.

I decided to get a video of this crossing from the side with the signal that has 6 pairs of lights on it this time.

Might just be my bad eyes... or my monitor... but I couldn't even tell that the lights were flashing.

It's neither of that, the lights are just very dim so they are hard to see during the day. The lenses probably need a good cleaning.
