In-frickin-credible! A good reason not to stand so close when filming.

I watched this several times... and I have to wonder something. Is it possible that the driver saw those several people standing at the crossing and may have assumed that the signals were malfunctioning? Certainly not trying to place blame anywhere... he ignored the signals plain and simple, but I just have to wonder if that could have been a factor?

Even if it were a crossing malfunction, by law people have to come to a stop at railroad crossing signals if they are activated.

In a news article, the occupants of the vehicle were Bhutanese as well. Maybe they were unknown to train laws, but it'd at least be something that would be common worldwide, or at least taught to drivers. :Confused:
