Signal on the left: 2 pairs of Safetran 12x24 inch lights, a Safetran gate mechanism, and RECO gate lights.
Signal on the right: 2 pairs of Safetran 12x24 inch lights, a Safetran mechanical bell, a Safetran gate mechanism, and RECO gate lights.
This is in the middle of nowhere, but it's closest to the city of Huntsville, so I'm using that for reference.

It's been exactly one year since I was last out at this crossing, and I've returned with two more videos this time:

And video of the crossing from the other side:

NS really needs to clean those lights because they aren't that bright...

Signal on the left: 2 pairs of Safetran 12x24 inch lights, a Safetran gate mechanism, and NEG gate lights.
Signal on the right: 2 pairs of Safetran 12x24 inch lights, a Safetran mechanical bell, a Safetran gate mechanism, and RECO gate lights.
There haven't been any major changes to these old signals since I was last here, other than the gates being replaced and the far signal getting a set of NEG gate lights. It appears that these old Southern Railway GRS signals were upgraded by the SOU to all Safetran equipment around the time that Church Street in Madison, AL got its Safetran equipment, though NS later went and replaced the lights here (again) in the mid 1990s with the current Safetran 12x24s. I also decided to re-record this crossing since Huntsville will likely be widening this road soon and replacing these signals. They're already torn down several structures on the north side of the road to the west of here, so I'm not sure how much longer these old signals will be around. This crossing also has the last mechanical bell in service in Limestone County.
Filmed the crossing from the otherside with the new NEG gate lights:
Nothing at it has changed, but the widening project of this part of Old Highway 20 is going on, so these old SOU signals likely don't have much longer to last. The city of Huntsville is also looking at replacing this crossing with an overpass, so these signals will be going no matter what. Construction on the new Toyota-Mazda plant out here has also started, though it can't really be seen in this video.

No major changes here as of 1-1-20, though the work on the new yard for the new Toyota/Mazda plant can be seen:
