The HMCR to get yet another engine

I heard over Facebook that the HMCR is getting the SQVR's ex-NS B23-7 highhood, SQVR 3986. The reporting mark on the side is now the HMCR's reporting mark and is expected to be delivered to the HMCR sometime soon.
