Strange railroad crossing siren.

This has to be the strangest railroad crossing siren that I have heard. Its almost as if it makes numerous emergency siren sounds and even a car alarm! 
Yeah, I have a hard time taking that seriously.
It reminds me of the desktop electronic multi-button noise maker things Radio Shack used to sell back in the day.
