Signal on the left: 4 pairs of Safetran 12x24 inch lights and a Safetran mechanical bell.
Signal on the right: 5 pairs of Safetran 12x24 inch lights and a RACO mechanical bell.
As you can easily see here, NS still has yet to repair or replace the RACO bell at this crossing.
Here's a video of the crossing from the other side, and yes, the RACO mechanical bell is still dead:

How much do y'all want to bet that this RACO bell will still be here and still be dead come 2020?

So NS replaced the dead RACO mechanical bell with a Safetran Mechanical Bell? That is odd!
(Just Kidding)

The RACO bell sounds even worse now. Whereas it used to click at the same tempo that it rang at, it's now making a clicking noise only once every few beats...

How long has the bell been dead anyways? Was there a time in recent (past five) years that it sounded fine?

It seems to have been starting to go out in 2013, but wasn't too bad:
In early 2014, it was noticeably worse, but still working:
In late 2014: I heard it ring twice before clicking the rest of the time:
Since then, the bell has only been clicking.

Aw man that sucks I wonder why the signal maintainer(s) on that line haven't had the courtesy on their inspections/tests to fix it.
