The lights are still too dim and need to be cleaned. 
Also, sounds like the bell has slowed down some as well.

Yea, the HMCR is still rather dirt poor, even with the increase in traffic, so they haven't gotten around to fixing this crossing up yet.ZachL wrote:The lights are still too dim and need to be cleaned.
