A video of it would be nice!
Does the banner actually move? Every picture I have seen so far of this signal (even with a train present)... the banner is in the exact same spot it seems.

Who's responsibility is it to put up the crossbuck (or crossbucks, I don't recall what's at the other approach) though? The Railroad or The City/Road Authority?

From what I recall the black/white crossbucks (RAILROAD CROSSING) signs are the responsibility of the railroad while the round yellow advance warning signs are the responsibility of the city / state maintaining the road.

btw this crossing has already been posted here but this will refresh ur mind since these tear drops are so close together
OK, so anyway, Streetview has now made it clear that this crossing not only has no crossbucks, but no AW signs either.
I wonder if the maintainer is originally from Boone, Iowa.
