Signal on the left: 5 pairs of Harmon 12x24 inch lights and a Safetran mechanical bell.
Median signal: 2 pairs of Safetran 12x20 inch lights.
Signal on the right: 5 pairs of Harmon 12x24 inch lights and a Safetran mechanical bell.
Signal on the left: 5 pairs of Harmon 12x24 inch lights and a Safetran mechanical bell.
Median signal: 2 pairs of Safetran 12x20 inch lights.
Signal on the right: 3 pairs of Safetran 12x20 inch lights, 2 pairs of Harmon 12x24 inch lights, and a Safetran mechanical bell.
As you can see, there has been a noticeable change to the crossing since I was last here. Sometime in mid-2017, most of the original Harmon 12x24 inch lights on the near signal were replaced with Safetran 12x20 lights, though the new ones are fortunately incandescent. However, for some odd reason, NS left the two pairs at the end of the cantilever arm alone, along with the far signal and all of the fading and peeling crossbucks at the crossing.
Signal on the left: 4 pairs of Safetran 12x20 inch lights, 1 pair of Harmon 12x24 inch lights, and a Safetran mechanical bell.
Median signa: 2 pairs of Safetran 12x20 inch lights.
Signal on the right: 3 pairs of Safetran 12x24 inch lights, 2 pairs of Harmon 12x24 inch lights, and a Safetran mechanical bell.
As you can see, since I recorded this crossing last, most of the remaining Harmon lights here have been replaced. The far cantilever still retains one pair while the closer one has two pairs. While the far signal has gotten all brand-new Safetran 12x20s, NS has re-used older Safetran 12x24s on the closer cantilever, keeping it all 12x24 inch. Interestingly enough, while most of the "new" Safetran 12x24s are from the mid-1990s, the side lights are a pair of Safetran 12x24s from the 1970s. Also, the lights on this side of the crossing don't seem to be all that visible from where I had set-up, likely due to the fact that none of the lights are aimed this way, it seems. It is nice to see that both Safetran mechanical bells here still work rather nicely, as this is now the last crossing in the county to have two working mechanical bells. It was also nice to see that the aging crossbucks were finally replaced.

After I caught NS A04 in downtown Madison, I hopped on down to this crossing while they collected the intermodal cars they'd be bringing to the terminal. After a bit of waiting, I was able to catch A04 shoving across this crossing with a cut of intermodal cars to drop off at the intermodal terminal.
As you can see, there have been a couple of changes here since I last recorded this crossing, both of which occurred by early-2021. First off, the median signal here was replaced, with the replacement signal having been reused from Brownsboro Road over in Brownsboro. The lights on this signal are basically the same as what the previous signal here had before though, so not too major of a change. However, unfortunately, it seems that the Safetran mechanical bell on the far signal here sadly died, and, as such, it got replaced with the current GS Type 3 e-bell. Thankfully, the closer signal still retains its original Safetran mechanical bell, and both cantilevers here also still retain a few of their original Harmon 12 inch lights, the last ones in the Tennessee Valley.
