Funny how the bell is synchronized to the gate pumping. Also, pay attention around the 1:45 mark.
Oddly too... these signals appear to be brand new. GSV came through here in May 2016 and there are still older signals at the crossing, but you can also see an upgrade is in the works. Hard to believe there would be an issue so soon... https://www.google.com/maps/@26.6838858 ... 6656?hl=en

They also appear to have been Federal Signal 12x20s too, with likely GRS gate mechanisms.
