Mike's Railroad Crossing Forum

This is a video I took of the Racecourse Road Level Crossing in Pakenham today. The road's name comes from a nearby racecourse that used to be used for horse races. Though it's been knocked down and turned into a housing estate (Though I'm sure the road will retain it's name). This crossing mainly sees V/line passenger trains and freight traffic.

Nice crossing, I like the hybrid bells. I noticed the remains of a third track, was that some kind of siding?
