This is the crossing at Bethungra NSW, Australia. It is located between Cootamundra and Junee, on the main line from Sydney to Melbourne.

The crossing has some nice vintage equipment including WRRS/GRS Type B gate mechs, McKenzie & Holland lights and WRRS m-bells.
Both bells ring from start up until the gates begin to rise which is not very common apart from a few busy crossings, usually one bell will shut off once the gates have lowered.

While they are old, these are not the original signals. On July 24th 1970 a freight train derailment destroyed the original signals and the relay bungalow. They were replaced by the current signals which were recycled from a crossing at Villawood (about 400km away in Sydney) that had closed just a few months earlier. The concrete foundation of the original relay bungalow can still be seen next to the new one.

The GSV image has not been updated since 2008 and shows the old wishbone gates which were replaced a few years ago https://www.google.com.au/maps/@-34.762 ... 328!8i1664
