Melbourne LX-ing's and the Metropolitan Route Shields

I've created this thread mainly as a guide to which crossings are located on Metropolitan Routes in Melbourne. You'll also notice that I've included several defunct crossings on the list too. I'm doing this in case if we ever get pictures of those crossings submitted to the site (only defunct crossings with signals are listed).
