I cam across this video of this N scale Wigwag. Looks very realistic too, it appears to not have a functioning light and the bell is not synchronized with the swinging of the banner. Still a pretty cool signal! It reminds me of the one on the Puffing Billy Railway.

It's also got passive crossing signs with hazard triangles too!

Sounds like they took the bell audio from one of those wigwag restoration videos.
