Tanyinna is on the main line between Sydney and Melbourne, and is located about 5 kilometres north of Bethungra (shown in a previous video). It doesn't seem to show up on maps so here it is https://www.google.com.au/maps/@-34.730 ... 328!8i1664

Signals were first installed here some time during the late 1950's or early 1960's. Much of the original equipment is gone due to the crossing being located on a sharp curve and being struck by vehicles. The new looking gated signal on the western side of the crossing is actually the third one so far, the original signal was destroyed by a vehicle and then it's replacement was also destroyed in a similar fashion! The current signal has a WCH base, WCH gate mech, United Group lights and a WCH e-bell. There is a second signal on the western side with a pair of Alstom lights, it also replaced the original McKenzie & Holland signal after a vehicle strike.

The eastern side of the crossing has survived a little better. The gated signal has a WRRS/GRS Type B gate mech, McKenzie & Holland teardrop bell and Westinghouse lights. Although they are not original, these lights have strange backgrounds with a groove around the edge, I don't recall seeing them on any other crossing. There is also a second signal on the eastern side with a pair of McKenzie & Holland lights (the only original lights left on the crossing).

This must be one of the only crossings to have a teardrop bell and a WCH e-bell. I am fairly certain that I have now filmed all of the surviving Type B gate mechs in New South Wales, the others are at Cunningar, Bethungra and Illabo.

GSV hasn't been updated since 2007, here is the original signal on the western side of the crossing https://www.google.com.au/maps/@-34.730 ... 328!8i1664

Notice in the video how the teardrop bell has been turned around to face away from the road https://www.google.com.au/maps/@-34.730 ... 328!8i1664

The counterweight arm has also been broken off and the counterweight moved to the other side. The guard rails have been removed https://www.google.com.au/maps/@-34.730 ... 328!8i1664
