Has anyone noticed that the "Quote" button doesn't show up (but it still works) and the reply button just looks strange?

I'm not seeing any of these issues. maybe it's an issue with the cookies/cache on your end?

I restarted my computer and now it works fine!

Sometimes DNS errors (whether on the user's or the ISP's end) can cause that too.
