Strangely there are some videos on Youtube (not my videos) where there is high rail semi truck pulling cars! It isn't like the Holland Trackstar in my video as it is just for testing track geometry and stuff like that.

Likely not MOW. The video description states that this was just some switching action.

Maybe it is was just easier for the railroad to just use that for the time being.
