I'm not sure if the cars are abandoned or not, still seems pretty dangerous and possibly illegal.
And they also walked on this railroad bridge! If one of them were to trip they could easily fall to their death! This also made worse by the fact that there are tunnels on each end of the bridge!
Typically you don't see railfans doing this! I don't know what the laws are like in Mexico for being on railroad property so what they're doing might be legal, but I have no idea.

Unless trespassing became legal, then it's not legal to be on top of a rail car.

I'm sure it is illegal... and while the engineer honked at them, I doubt very much he did anything else (like report it).

I just realized that those videos are from Mexico as well. Had that been in the US, then those kids would have seen the police station for sure.
