This crossing is one of my favorites along the CSX S&NA North Sub, because it's one of the two crossings along the line that I know of with Dialight Ball LEDs at it, and the only one to have all of this model of LED at it! And you'd also better get used to hearing the sound of a Safetran Type 2/NEG e-bell, as most of the videos I recorded today were at a crossing with one of those bells on it.

After catching the first seven trains of the day, I didn't see anything approaching, so I went and documented a few upgrades I was aware of. While around this crossing, i saw this CSX rail crane/cutting thing heading north, so I decided to set-up here and see if it'd activate the crossing. Sure enough, it did, and it wound-up getting off the tracks and parking nearby as well.
Unfortunately, as you can see, a few major changes have occured to this crossing. The first is that, for whatever reason, CSX has gone though and replaced all of the Dialight Ball LEDs at the two crossings that had them along this line, which includes this one. This crossing wound-up getting an even mix of WCH 2nd Gens (all facing my camera) and Leotek EV Series LEDs (all facing the other direction). The other change to it that happened sometime after I last recorded this crossing was that the original Safetran Type 2 e-bell here died and was replaced with an NEG e-bell. Other than that though, these signals are unchanged, but it's a shame to see the only non-dotted LEDs along the S&NA North are now gone.
