5 level crossings removed from Asti to Montechiaro

In the section of provincial road 458 between Asti and Montechiaro, there are 15 level crossings on google maps, including those on country roads.
All REMOVED (suppression of the railway line...)
We selected the five level crossings that seemed more significant to us.
MOMBARONE
REGIONE NOCCIOLA
VALMAIRONE
MONCARANTINO
COSSOMBRATO

Suppression of the railway line? What does that mean?
So, how will pedestrians and road traffic get around now?

So, how will pedestrians and road traffic get around now?
Maybe they'll use nearby crossings that aren't going to be removed.

Due to government cuts, unfortunately this railway line was suppressed.
There are still level crossings, that are now in a state of abandonment.
