Signal on the left: 2 pairs of Safetran 12x24 inch lights with WCH 2nd Generation LEDs, a Safetran gate mechanism, a RECO incandescent gate light, and RECO LED gate lights.

This crossing was one that I wanted to record, both before and after I saw it. Before I saw it, I had known it was a (mostly) pure later 1980s WCH CSX install, thanks to Google Street View. However, it seems that between Street View coming through and me getting over here, the signal on the left got knocked down and replaced with a brand new LED signal, making for a neat "old meets new" type of crossing, IMO, even though it appears that CSX re-used a late 1990s/early 2000s signal and put some LEDs in the lights before putting it up. Still a nice set-up either way, IMO. However, on the south side of Adairsville, GA, there's still a mostly-pure later 1980s CSX install, so I'll have to record that one the next time I'm in the area.
