Looking for a crossing location

This crossing is featured in the film "War of the worlds". It's a pretty major scene where a burning Metro North train blasts through this crossing. The filming location says that this scene was shot in Athens NY but there are no tracks in Athens. There are tracks across the river in Hudson NY but there are no crossings matching the scene.

One of the crossings masts appear to be CGI edited but the other mast appears to be real. I do see a Wishbone gate (for 2005 that's pretty rare still!)

Based on the set-up, I wouldn't be surprised if the scene was filmed in Athens, NY, but the crossing doesn't actually exist in real life, especially given the fact that both signals lack rear lights. They probably had two WCH signals set-up along a street, laid-down some tracks, did a bit of landscaping to make it look like it's actually there, filmed the scene and then CGI-ed the train in in post.

Where is this located? It was in the film Atomic Train which shows a train nearly collide with a school bus.
