Downtown Ashland, VA is at risk.
Apparently they want to add a third track through Ashland, VA which is putting the downtown area in jeopardy, with the addition of the third track is also putting the Amtrak station at risk of being closed. Along with that it'll destroy the towns economy, lead to business shutting down and residents moving out and the lack of tourists coming to the area. The only solution to the problem is the construction of a bypass that'll go past the town.
