Ive came across those thick flat-back light heads, anyone has an idea of who made them?

#1 is a mystery as no-one's been able to find any markings on them, but I think they're WABCO (and maybe early US&S) as they are typically found on WABCO/US&S installs.

#2 are some WCH 12 inch lights with WCH Clear LEDs on a Premier Products Inc. (PPI) junction box.
