My Traffic Light

Got this today at the Bellingham Pawn Shop for $200. I don't know much about these, but the back of the lights read "EAGLE" so I'm assuming it's an Eagle Signal light. The weird thing however is that both lights have red lenses.

According to a label on the back it runs on 110 VAC (Alternate Current) so when I get it running, I'll post some more photos. I also intend to replace the red lens on the bottom with a green one.

That's a beacon where the lights alternate, or what I personally like to call a "double beacon". It's also a an Eagle aluminum signal made by Siemens due to where "Eagle" was cast, so us signal collectors just call them Siemens signals for simplicity. Looks like it has Dialight LEDs? Lenses are 12 inches, BTW.

Those also look like amber lenses, and not red.

Okay, that makes sense actually. I was originally thinking that it was one of those 2 lane lights where two green and yellow signals are on the bottom side by side and the single red light is on top in the center. According to the salesman at the PawnShop, this came from the railroad. It could've possibly been on an advanced warning sign.

Knowing this now, I'll leave it the way it is. Thanks, guys.

On the other hand, it's a nice birthday present (I'm turning 20 this Saturday.)
