This is a pretty interesting set up for a Signal. Normally with crossings and intersections that are near each other, both the Railroad and Traffic Signals all operate separately, even if both signals sync with each other.

I looked up the location, and it's near Pontiac, Michigan at the intersection of Opdyke Rd and Kensington Rd.

Reminds me of this crossing in Minneapolis before the railroad upgraded to freestanding cantilevers not long after GSV went through in 2007.

Um no that is an entirely different crossing. The one in the video has high-voltage transmission lines in it while the one you linked to doesn't.
