what the
do all the railroad crossings in argentia have to have the same pavement marking in the us except instead of two r's one f and one c

the best i can think of that f c stands for is federal crossing
if it is i would like to know if my guess is wrong or if it is correct.

Most likely an abbreviation of "Cruce de Ferrocarril", which is how "railroad crossing" is worded in Spanish, as they speak Spanish in Argentina...
