Well this is one way to save money

i found that the fulton st. crossing in grand rapids mi as traffic lights mounted on the cantilever but this is not a franken signal i'm geussing they didn't want to install traffic lights so they installed them on the cantilever

found another crossing in portland where the crossbuck was mounted and i was wondering if this happens occasionaly
