Signal on the left: 3 pairs of WCH 12x24 inch lights with WCH 2nd Generation LEDs, a General Signals Type 2 electronic bell, a WCH gate mechanism, and NEG LED gate lights.
Signal on the right: 3 pairs of WCH 12x24 inch lights with WCH 2nd Generation LEDs, a General Signals Type 2 electronic bell, a WCH gate mechanism, and NEG LED gate lights.
This was the third crossing Ethan and I went to. The signals themselves aren't the most interesting signals along the NERR, as they appear to have been installed in 2014 to replace a pair of gateless signals dating back to the L&N (which had an MI mechanical bell and some MI 12x24 inch lights that replaced the original lights put up by the L&N), likely the original ones installed here when TN 53 was realigned to bypass "downtown" Brush Creek. However, it is worth noting that this crossing is the farthest east you'll find gated signals on the NERR.
