Signal on the left: 1 pair of Modern Industries 8 inch lights, 2 pairs of Modern Industries 12x20 inch lights, and a WRRS mechanical bell.
Signal on the right: 1 pair of WCH 8 inch lights and 2 pairs of Federal Signal 12x20 inch lights.
This crossing is easily one of the better ones in Cookeville, IMO, even with considering how many older signals Cookeville has (there are only two crossings in the whole town with electronic bells at them, and both are newer NERR installs with one being from the early to mid-2000s and the other being within the past couple of years). The WRRS bell at this crossing is very healthy, though I'm not entirely sure as to when all of the various pieces of equipment at the crossing would've been installed, as it's had quite a few changes to it over the years from the looks of it! However, the very faded lights here look rather nice, likely not having seen any coats of paint since they were installed. However, it's not often you'll find a crossing featuring equipment from WRRS, Federal Signal, and Western Cullen Hayes!
