Sounds like it was tuned down to a pretty low setting. GS bells can go that low in pitch.

Sounds kind of like that White Topped ASC E-bell from Wheaton.

THAT IS MESSED UP!!! But I'll definitely take that over all the GS Type 2's that are on the BNSF Chillicothe Sub, you can't go on that line without seeing a GS e bell.

I like it! I want to go do that to all the GS E bells here in Cantonment and Pensacola.

Sounds kind of like Argentina's Autorol E-bell.
