Can anyone readily identify the crossing pictured?

The real question is where on earth did this Safetran/RACO bell come from.

Wonder which one then. The bell replacement there was definitely the work of FDOT and not CSX.

There's a lot of them on RTD in Colorado, except it says '2nd Train Coming'.
