Questions about a possible Traffic Signal Thread

Just a question, but would it be possible to start a thread dedicated to Traffic Signals in general? I like sharing and discussing them, but I don't think there is a thread specifically dedicated to that. Should it be started in the General Chat Section or can it be started in a more "Proper" Section?
