Signal on the left: 2 pairs of Safetran 12x24 inch lights and a WCH mechanical bell.
Signal on the right: 2 pairs of Safetran 12x24 inch lights and a WRRS mechanical bell.
This crossing is another nice crossing, and I believe it's the only one in Jackson to retain two mechanical bells at it. Both signals here date back to the L&N, and likely originally had all WRRS 8 inch lights and two WRRS mechanical bells. However, the far signal appears to have had the lights and bell upgraded in the early 1990s, with the closer one having its lights replaced in the early 2000s. Either way, both bells still sound really good, and I'm quite glad to have been able to record this classic-ish crossing.
