*originally recorded on 7-9-19*
Signal on the left: 2 pairs of Safetran 12x20 inch lights.
Signal on the right: 2 pairs of Safetran 12x20 inch lights and a Griswold mechanical bell.
This crossing is also a rather nice one, and easily my favorite from the trip. The crossing here features a pair of old GM&O signals, that were likely installed back in the 1950s. In the 90s, NS replaced the original 8 inch lights (most likely WRRS) with the current Safetran 12x20s. However, no other changes have occured to this crossing, meaning it's kept its original Griswold bell, which still sounds very healthy! Even if I didn't get to chase the WTNN farther, this was still a nice crossing to end off on, and I'm glad I got it.
Also, looking around on Google Maps some, it appears that the WTNN has at least two other Griswold/RACO bells along their trackage. One is a bit further north of this one (and appears to be a RACO) while the other is on the Humboldt line, being located north of Humboldt.
