The signal with a bell has 2 pairs of WRRS 8 inch lights and a dying WCH mechanical bell.
The signal without a bell has 2 pairs of Harmon 8 inch lights.
This crossing is actually located on the Kentucky/Tennessee state line, though as the road is a Kentucky state route, I consider it to be in Fulton, KY. Seeing as the signals shut off rather quickly, I didn't think to call it in.
