*originally recorded on 7-28-19*

Signal on the left: 4 pairs of Modern Industries 12x24 inch lights, 1 pair of US&S 12x20 inch lights, a dying US&S mechanical bell, a US&S Model 75 gate mechanism, and NEG LED gate lights.
Signal on the right: 2 pairs of US&S 12x20 inch lights, a US&S mechanical bell, a US&S Model 75 gate mechanism, and RECO LED gate lights.

This was the third crossing I caught A724 at. It's also quite a nice crossing, being an earlier SBD install. The crossing is pretty much pure, save for an MI light on the cantilever that was replaced with a newer one in the late 80s/early 90s. The crossing also retains both original US&S bells, though the one on the cantilever sadly sounds like it's in pretty poor shape. Hopefully CSX fixes it rather than replacing it.
Surprisingly, the older US&S lights here were never replaced or upgraded to LED, which was nice to see as well. For some reason, however, they appear to light-up rather weirdly, and don't seem to be all that bright compared to other lights, probably why CSX has typically replaced these or upgraded them to LED.
Just west of this crossing is also an old, abandoned(?) freight office, that, IIRC, was closed in either the late-90s or early 2000s. This crossing is also the first crossing east of the Alabama state line.
